RETURN & REFUND POLICYEvery order is unique and so are our Apparels!
We follow you throughout the ordering process, once the mock up is agreed we hand craft the neon sign. For that reason, unfortunately we don't accept a return/refund due to a change of mind.
We accept returns and refund requests on faulty items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong size, or the fabric is defective or we send you the wrong color (for example you selected yellow and you receive the sign in white) then simply notify us, we will then resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the defective part.
Please note: There might be a slight color difference from the graphics to the real life neon lighting.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?We do not offer exchanges because each product is made in limited stocks. However for any reason you find your dress defective, just let us know and we will resolve the issue ASAP.
Every issue is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Invisionapparel.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or whilst under warranty, please get soon in touch with us. We will ask to provide your order number, description of the issue and photo/video evidence of the issue ( including the power supply and dimmer). We will assess the problem and resolve it in a timely manner by replacing the defective part free of charge.
